No. There are no geographic DID's in Portugal. As you know DID's are used to scams and frauds. Two years ago Portugal was the first country in the world to have legislation about geographic national numbers (2xxxxxxxx) and must be in a valid local adress. As result was established a new set of national numbers with a new prefix starting in 3xxxxxxxx called Nomad numbers wich can be used with VoIP.
