These Terms of Service govern your use of DIDNumbers, a virtual number service provided by Intergo Telecom Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (“Intergo Telecom”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or ordering a number you agree to these terms.
1. The service
We provide telephone numbers (“Numbers”) and associated call routing, messaging where available, and a customer portal. Numbers are allocated from national numbering plans and remain subject to the rules of the relevant regulator.
2. Your account and verification
You must provide accurate information and any documents required for the Numbers you order. We may suspend Numbers where required information is missing, inaccurate or no longer valid, or where a regulator instructs us to.
3. Fees and billing
Monthly fees are billed in advance; setup fees once; usage charges in arrears, at the rates shown at order time or in the portal. [Payment terms, late payment, taxes, currency.]
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Breach may lead to immediate suspension.
5. Number porting and cancellation
