This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every Number and service provided through DIDNumbers. It exists to keep numbering ranges clean for all customers and to meet our obligations to regulators and carriers.
You must not use DIDNumbers to
- Create bulk, fake or throwaway accounts on third-party platforms, or receive verification codes on behalf of others
- Bypass identity, age or fraud checks of any service
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing, or make robocalls without the consent required by law
- Spoof or misrepresent caller ID
- Commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, harassment or any unlawful activity
- Generate artificial traffic (such as traffic pumping or IRSF)
- Resell Numbers without a reseller agreement
Monitoring and enforcement
We monitor traffic patterns for abuse. We may suspend or withdraw Numbers, without notice where necessary, if we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
