This policy explains how Intergo Telecom Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (“Intergo Telecom”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use DIDNumbers. Intergo Telecom is the controller for account and verification data.
What we collect
- Account details: name, business, email, phone, billing address
- Verification documents required by numbering regulations
- Service data: call detail records, routing configuration, usage
- Website data: cookies and analytics, only with consent where required
Why we use it
To provide the service (contract), to meet telecom and numbering obligations (legal obligation), to prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests) and, with consent, for marketing.
Sharing
With upstream carriers and regulators where required to allocate or keep a Number active; with payment processors; and with service providers under data-processing agreements. [List categories / transfer safeguards.]

Your rights
